Why all this Victor Ashe stuff suddenly?
I had never heard of the man until today, and suddenly there's at least three threads going. I've followed links to text pages with some pretty perfervid speculation about Yale, Skull and Bones, etc.

Is he George Bush's lover? What the hell?

And why today, out of the blue, is it suddenly coming up here? I'm not complaining or anything; I'm just curious what's going on.

2. Ashe is brought up from time to time -- guess it was time again!

Same with Skull & Bones, and many other perennial DU topics. Don't the new threads have any clue as to why Ashe is being brought up? Usually his name comes up when Bush* goes to Knoxville.
