Another CA atrocity in the works

They are now trying for another proposition to change the requirements for legislatation from 2/3 to a simple majority. The Dems have been blocking the Republicans with the existing rules so now, of course, the Republicans want to change it. They had petitions out in front of my grocery store today. They as usual are trying to say it's about something else entirely (corporate fraud, for Koresh's sake!). These fascists will never stop until they have completely destroyed democracy. I hates them to pieces.

...the budget up until now since they could hold the dems under 2/3. They should be careful what they want--they get it and the Dems will ram everything through.

I think this one is being sponsored by the Dems. They hold a majority of the legislature, however the 2/3 requirements have meant the Repubs can sink anything. So the minor party (1/3 + 1 vote) can hold up any state budget.
