Describing the day * spent with the Mexican president MSNBC writes:

"Over intimate meals, relaxed discussions and an early-morning drive through wintertime-lush canyons to some of Bush’s favorite spots on his 1,600-acre property"

- as they discussed secret desires to sneak off to Canada and get married. :shrug:

1. 1600 acres sounds like a lot of property. It's about 1.5 x 1.5 miles big.

What the heck is that supposed to mean? Wintertime is dead/dormant time. :shrug: Sounds like bad copy from some really cheapo tourist brochure.
