Ashcroft pushing Patriot Act 2 this morning on Fox News Sunday

-- seems to want the following:

--presume the detention of individuals

-- demand "records" without a judge...just on an administrative ok.

I'm taking notes on the fly, so I'm sorry if none of that makes sense.

They have yet to come up with ONE instance of us being any safer because of Patriot One. NOW THEY WANT PATRIOT TWO?

The new product they will be introducing in September is PAtriot II.

Ashcroft was doing marketing research, letting a little bit out now to see if it would fly. We need to start hammering this crap and hammering it now. Call your congresscritters and Senators. LEt them know you want Patriot I repealed and PAtriot II is completely unacceptable.

As I've said, watch who visits the ranch this month....

Ashcroft is off doing his totalitarian thing, as usual. Their pattern on this stuff is to slide it in under the radar while something else big is going on.

People of all political persuasions are coming together to say NO to the first monstrosity.
