Sept. 11 report questions acts by Saudi *ELITE* <-new media meme?
That is the headline for this article below the fold on the front page. I didn't put it in LBN because as usual the Star is a few days behind the rest of the press...however, I also wanted it here to ask is anyone anywhere else seeing the Saudis involved with the missing 28 pages being described as the "Saudi ELITE"? Not that it is an incorrect appellation, but the right wing, and its' shill press like the Indpls Star usually reserve its' use for some pointy-headed liberal college professor, don't they? You know what I mean. Are we seeing a switch in meme application for an opportunistic purpose by the right... Any headlines in your paper describing it that way? I don't see it having been pulled from the actual article itself, so it is a front page editor's final decision for the headline?

Now will any of the press ever go on to investigate Bush Family ties and business connections to the Saudi ELITES? And call it that when they do? That is what I would like to see.

Sept. 11 report questions acts by Saudi elite

Secret parts of the report on the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks examine interactions between Saudi businessmen and the royal family that may have intentionally or unwittingly aided the suicide hijackers, according to reports by The Associated Press and the Los Angeles Times.
The report suggests that one, and possibly two, Saudi men who encountered the hijackers or their acquaintances were tied to Saudi intelligence and that a Muslim imam in the United States may have been a facilitator for some hijackers
