Is it possible for bush* to issue blanket pardons
for everyone in his misadministration and himself after he gets his ass kicked in November?
Would we be bound to honor any such pardon?

Ford pardoned Nixon even though Nixon was never charged with a crime.

4. What really worries me
Is they may attempt a scorched earth policy and do as much damage as possible and never be answerable for any of their crimes. The only thing that brings me consolation is that many of the upper echelon is getting up there in age and will die before long. If, there is any kind of justice after this life then they must know that theirs will be a terrible judgement and punishment.
