Those Geeky Di-Tech Commercials With Those Nascar Guys
have just overtaken the "I'd like this credit card AND 100,000,000 bonus miles please" AND...

"if you have only 5 or 6 vanity pounds to lose, I'm sorry, these magic, super expensive diet pills are not for you! They're too powerful!"

yeah now the Di-Tech Nascar Guys ad is the WORST CNN commercial.

3. They suck.
And e-loans.com suck. And all the other bastards circling like sharks around sinking families suck. Anyone else think these guys ad-time buys have gone up 100% or more since bush* killed the economy, or is it just me?

4. The Re-Fi Boom
Is a major part of the so-called "recovery" and is basically just the low interest rates, plus, so many families are struggling that they are using their homes like a wallet, which is not really the optimal situation.

That Stepford couple that is using their Bonus Miles for !!HAWAII!!!! ARE MAYBE THE WORST! MAYBE WORSE THAN THE NASCAR RE-FI COMMERCIAL...

or maybe I've just SEEN them more.

The ghastly overacting and mugging in that commercial makes me dive for the remote whenever it comes on...and the horrible hula dancing at the end - ACK.

9. The Purple Pill
All the ads for the meds have gotta be right up there too. That one "have you heard of the purple pill?" It's like, wait I don't take a PURPLE ONE YET! I better ask my doctor if it's right for ME...

My husband always says, no matter what the pill is supposed to do it almost always shows a 50-ish couple laughing, holding hands and joyously pointing at everything in some picturesque harbor town.

Take this pill and you too can walk around and point!

Then all the fast-talk disclaimers about how you may grow horns and a third arm from taking the pill...BUT NO MORE PESKY HEARTBURN!

11. But if you want to "surprise a few clams"....
ask your doctor if Vioxx is right for you!

That commercial cracks me up. Not a WORD about what Vioxx is, or does, except (apparently) it'll make you a better clam-catcher.
