What does it mean? A poster here a while back first mentioned this phrase along with some chilling comments.

I believe it is a phrase right from the bowels of PNAC. It is frightening. Truly alarming. Why can't people see what is happening to us?

1. Who knows what Bush means?
He probably doesn't, but I wouldn't be surprised if it came straight from PNAC. PNAC IS the government right now.
