Bush dislikes Broccoli..........news story ?

Hoe damn stupid to even write about this!!!!!!

By SCOTT LINDLAW, Associated Press Writer

FORT CAMPBELL, Ky. — President Bush (news - web sites) shares his father's dislike for broccoli, but on a chow line with troops Thursday, he went out of his way to get a helping.

"Better put some green stuff on there, otherwise people will think I'm not watching my health," Bush said. The server dutifully put some broccoli on his plate.

Broccoli?

snip

Bush also filled his plate with fried shrimp and corn. But he passed on the crab leg and most of the carbs — mac and cheese, potato and rice — as well as the prime rib.

He urged a reporter to load up on the steak. "You need to beef up a little bit," the president said.

Breakfeast is great... That does sound like a little much.. but you do actually eat at Chow, steak, spaghetti, whatever is served... its not all MRE's or Shit on a shingle.

which btw.. MRE's arent THAT bad.. they just get tired quick.. but at least you can heat em up.

4. He also said this dum ass
He also walked the chow line with his wife, Laura, and with soldiers, picking out fried shrimp, corn and broccoli. Bush passed on the prime rib, but marveled at one soldier's slab of beef: "Whose steak is that? That's half a cow!"

6. He should eat the steak instead.
What with mad cow disease and all, he's basically telling the REPORTER to play the food version of Russian Roulette, where the loser tends to die slowly and horribly.

We know how the sleazy and unscrupulous and the unethical and the immoral don't like REPORTERS, especially when the few that are good can't be bought.

8. What a shotty excuse for a "news" story...
Shame on the AP! Although, I have to say, the quote, "I'm not saying I'm gonna eat it all. I'm just putting it on the plate," really does describe Bush. As in, he puts up a front of lies about Iraq, the economy, Kerry, and so forth, but there isn't much good intention or truth behind it.
