Coincidence???

By using www.timeanddate.com and putting in the info for the NYC and Madrid attacks you get an interesting result. Using 9/11/2001 at 8:45 AM EST for NYC and 3/11/2004 at 1:39 AM EST (7:39 AM local in Madrid) you get the following.

It is 911 days, 16 hours, 54 minutes and 0 seconds between those dates.

1. Doubtful

A lot of Muslim radicals -- peaceful and violent alike -- are heavily into numerology and number mysticism.

In fact, the date 9/11/2001 had a number of interesting "properties" to Muslim mystics, not the least of which was it being the Islamic New Year for that year, IIRC.

There are supposedly also astrological significances to these dates.

2. Number meaning

911 divided by 365 = 2 1/2.
If you look in Revelations, the code "one and one and a half" pops up.

Even if Bin Laden didn't have anything to do with it, the numbers are going to make everyone think he did.
