41. Yes, indeed...
...like that "Mission Accomplished" banner on the aircraft carrier, and the plastic turkey he was holding at the invitation-only Thanksgiving dinner at the Baghdad Airport, and the recent ad using the burning WTC as a political tool. I could go on, but I think even you might be getting the point of my post.

You're right, though, Rove is an excellent political strategist. I wish the Democrats had more like him.

6. Thanks for the talking point
I met a couple of Bu$hbots a few months ago and this subject really pushed their buttons. Of course, they tried to convince me that this was nothing, who cares, it was stupid to even talk about, bla, bla bla....

They also couldn't understand why I expected Bu$h to do anything on the morning of 9-11 and that his reaction (sitting for over 20 minutes ready a story book) was perfectly appropriate.

11. What is the "conspiracy theory" here
exactly? That a high ranking administration official leaked the name of a covert CIA operative is undisputed by ANYONE. Bob Novak admits it. The only question is who leaked it, who encouraged it, and who will take the fall.

But I'd love to hear what the conspiracy is. Do tell.

16. So national security is only partisan
when it negatively effects chimpy and his rogue administration? Bullshit. People care about CIA agents being exposed. Just because Hannity and Limbaugh convince their addled listeners that it's a conspiracy or no big deal doesn't mean it's true.

Wait for the indictments. And then we will see whether this case matters. I can hear the wheels of the Repuke spin machine whirring now.

15. We are talking about WH officials
commiting felonies. And last time I checked there is an ongoing grand jury investigating this crime. And last time I checked numerous WH officials including have already testified and very likely two of Cheney's key staff may be charged shortly.
But that's okay, you can go stick your head back into Oxyrush and don't bother with thinking for yourself. It's probably hurts too much when you try.

23. which "things" don't help which "issues"?
Thi is all very vague to me. You don't care about senior administration officials committing felonies because "no one cares" and then you say you don't know about it anyhow, but "most people" you have talked to think it's a "book scandal" and you characterize it as a "conspiracy theory" although you won't name the conspiracy or the theory.

Then you think that we should just get on with our lives, even though you still haven't offered anything to substantiate your previous opinion about nobody caring, or even read any of the links, as far as I can tell (they are quite valuable and tell a fascinating narrative! Read them!). Instead, you tell me precisely the things I might hear if I were a devotee of radio personalities who are addicted to Oxycontin or those who lump together liberals and terrorists.

I think I got it.

29. So you thnk senior administration officials
committing felonies isn't an issue? Well, kudos to you then. I hope you were as supportive of President Clinton when he got a blow job! (I'm almost certain you were supportive of Reagan during Iran Contra and Nixon when there was an itty bitty break-in, too!).

Now, I am also curious about why "the news"--presumably Fox--decides what is and is not an issue. For example, when chimpy was found to be a deserter last month and it was all over the news, was that "an issue"? Or let's take it from the opposite angle: when Sen. Kerry may or may not have said something about foreign leaders wanting him elected, was that an issue?

For the record, I don't think "border control" is much of an issue. Bill O'Reilly does though.

52. The issue this impacts upon is NUCLEAR PROLIFERATION.
Definitely a national security issue.A woman who worked undercover on preventing and short-circuiting nuclear proliferation has been OUTED.Who knows how many people she used as contacts will DIE as a result of her outing? Who knows what nuclear material can now freely go into questionable hands because her networks can no longer give us information?

YOU WANNA TALK ISSUES? Nuclear proliferation is an issue.

17. I agree.....
.....it's such a trivial matter.

Now if Bush had of had a consensual sexual relationship that culminated with a blowjob, now that would have been worth investigating.

WAKE UP, MORAN!!!

24. BWWWAAAAAAHHH HAH HAH HAH HAH HAH
The Iraq on the Record Report, prepared at the request of Rep. Henry A. Waxman, is a comprehensive examination of the statements made by the five Administration officials most responsible for providing public information and shaping public opinion on Iraq: President George W. Bush, Vice President Richard Cheney, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, Secretary of State Colin Powell, and National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice.

This database identifies 237 specific misleading statements about the threat posed by Iraq made by these five officials in 125 public appearances in the time leading up to and after the commencement of hostilities in Iraq. The search options on the left can be used to find statements by any combination of speaker, subject, keyword, or date.

Why is it that when SOME people hear blow job, they immediately think of the Big Dog? They sure are obsessed with that man's dick, aren't they?

35. You mean one lie versus another?
like:

Big Dog: lies about a blow job

Chimpy: lies and costs 566 American lives so far, 3K US casualties, and an untold number if Iraqi deaths.

Yeah. I see the symmetry.

53. This is the single most ignorant statement I have ever read.
Bush is the most incessant and compulsive liar in the history of American politics.

Everyone except Bush himself knows where he was during his Alabama National Guard service which was after he volunteered to go to Viet Nam but before he was unable to take his flight physical even though he continued to fly and the Bush administration did not reveal the identity of a CIA operative which resulted in 2,000,000 million new jobs being created but the White House is cooperating with the 9/11 commission because democrats support terrorism and are not good Americans just as the Jews were not good Germans since the mission of the United States is to bring freedom to every single person on Earth which will cut the deficit in half if you do not count those parts of the deficits which are increasing which explains why government spending has gone down if you do not count the increased government spending but the boxes from China were labeled "Made in USA" which resulted in 2,600,000 new jobs being created even though the $400 billion decorative medicare turkey was not labeled $550 billion and Bush's plane to Baghdad was spotted because before Saddam bought the uranium and became an urgent but not imminent threat Bush had no plans on his desk to invade Iraq since the aircraft carrier was too far offshore for the Navy to make a large enough banner to describe the WMD we have found in Iraq some of which could hit the US and some of which Saddam was giving to Osama for following Saddam's plans and using Iraqi hijackers on 9/11 but everyone who pays income taxes got a tax cut which created 3,000,000 new jobs and allowed Iraqi oil revenue to pay for the cost of the reconstruction of Iraq after the invasion by a small number of troops who would be greeted with floral program related activities because Bush and Rice did not ignore either the Clinton administration's repeated warnings of the danger of al Qaeda or the August 6, 2001 intelligence briefing warning of the upcoming 9/11 attacks and that is why Bush who is responsible for good economic numbers but not bad economic numbers wrote the poem that he did not write blaming Laura for dropping the dog.

There is no subject so serious, somber, or shallow that Bush will not lie about it. The only other option is not to lie and that is something which Bush can not do.

Ridiculing Bush about his incessant and compulsive lying needs to become common, especially among people who do not follow politics. Ridiculing Bush for his administration's incessant and compulsive criminal activity needs to become common among Grand Jurors.

FIRE THE LIAR
