A 90-day blitz of lies
Does it matter if it is true or false so long as they have the money to spend? It is not the media's responsibility to point out whether an ad is true or false - their only responsibility is to broadcast whatever they receive money for....

Bush and Rove are right up front with their intentions. They plan on defining Kerry in a negative manner, on defense and on his character. They plan on repeating over and over and over with their big bucks until it wears away any positive veneer that might remain from the Democratic primaries. It doesn't matter whether it is true or not - only if it works or not.

The challenge for the Democrats and Kerry is to inform enough voters about the intentions of the Bush regime and to expose their arrogant disregard and disrespect for the American voters. They are openly attempting to cynically manipulate voters by telling lies about John Kerry and the Democrats. But that's the way they play the game and that is why Al Gore declined from participating in this election cycle. He knew exactly what their intentions were and they are proving him absolutely right. The issue that remains is: Will they be successful in their propaganda efforts? They have the money and they have the good wishes of the networks with whom htey are conspiring to spend all their money on manipulative ads.

President Bush's re-election campaign is following an aggressive and precise 90-day media strategy to define Sen. John Kerry as indecisive and lacking conviction, with a coordinated blitz of advertisements, speeches and sound bites, senior campaign advisers said this week.

The goal, several campaign aides said, is to first strip Kerry of the positive image that he carried away from the Democratic primary contests and then to define him issue by issue, in their own harsh terms before the summer vacation season. The central thrusts will be national security and taxes, they said.

3. If you can, donate to the John Kerry campaign.
I just gave to the John Kerry campaign. This week is a good time, because Bush and his associates are trying to smear Kerry before most voters get to know him.

If you're going to give to the Kerry campaign and want to give me credit as a fundraiser, go to:

If you're going to give to the Kerry campaign and don't want to give me credit as a fundraiser, go to:
