God spoke to me and told me Bush is an idiot
God also said that he can barely understand what Bush says half the time so he just sort of shines him on and agrees a lot.

So that may explain some of the confusion around Goergie's "visions".

1. I've noticed the Closed Captioning system
has the same problem understanding Shrub's speech. Everytime i mute him, the CC gives me, "Trst seet to in-innisin life." And that is one of the more distinguishable sentences.

2. God has had a busy morning. God also
spoke to me and said Pat Robertson was
smoking crack that day....that Bush will
in fact not win in a landslide....that Bush
will be spending 2005 in the Lone Star State,
booted out of office.

16. Some would say having to live in Texas
with all of those Republicans
is just like living in jail or prison.
(All due respect to the great Democrats
who live down there!!)

3. Of course god talks to W
God talks to everybody? Everybody has this little voice in their head that they converse with, sometimes it's god, sometimes it's your mother, mate, etc.

Now most rational people realize that the little voice is really their self. Mentally ill people have a tendency to think that little voice is someone else. Someone who lives outside of them and sometimes controls them. In W's case, this little voice is god and god and him are tight. God agrees with him about everything. When W is with god, he can do no wrong.

W is mentally ill with a rarely seen condition called megalomania. Fortunately, the world has seen very few megalomanics and therefore it is hard to recognize, but W is a classic example. He is one sick puppy.

7. Didn't you know? I talked to God too
Yep, it's true. God told me that he thought he'd made sure that moron with a cowboy hat would never make it into the White House. He'd even made personally sure that Gore won the popular vote.

"I DON'T UNDERSTAND IT," God said. "THE GUY WHO WINS THE VOTE OF THE PEOPLE SHOULD WIN, DAMMIT!"

"What about Samuel Tilden, God?" I asked, remembering Al Franken's correspondence with him.

"QUIET! YOU'VE BEEN READING AL FRANKEN'S BOOK, HAVEN'T YOU?" God said.

You're right, man--George is sincerely convinced that a higher power made him President. Actually, that higher power just thinks he's an idiot.

4. You Too?
I was walking past a bush out in the yard yesterday. As I passed it burst into flames and a great thundering voice came from it. The voice said "Bush is a Fuggin' moron and you need to vote him out of office." Who am I to argue?

5. Yes, I wonder about those too.
There's another thread floating around called 'God spoke to me' or something to that effect. Bush was at the twin tower site, and apparently God pointed his finger and said, "Don't let me down".

I have some serious reservations about this because from what I understand, God is not a person with a long beard and fingers to point with. He's much more than that. He's (it) is more like it, is a power unto himself. He can take on any form he wants to.

So maybe George had this vision of God touching Adam's finger in the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel. But then again, I've read that Bush never traveled outside the US. So he must have seen it in a book.

I'd like to know: where was God when he pointed his finger? Up in the clouds, or in front of him, or in his head?

13. God spoke to me
And I listened.

I'm not sure what she said. I am in love. She is beautiful beyond
measure. In my love for her, i can only see justice for all people
that we give every person the chance we give our own children.
