Alright, Let's All Admit It...It IS Clinton's fault.

All the problems we are experiencing right now are the fault of former President Bill Clinton. Clinton had the nerve to create a booming economy -- with jobs, improve our nations health care, work with foreign governments, stop much of the Serb (and Croat) atrocities in south-eastern Europe, parlay an agreement with North Korea (that the repubs undercut), and leave office with a major cash surplus.
Yep...that Clinton. Had the nerve to make us think America was great, America was for everybody, America was going places. That Bill...the Master of High Expectations. No wonder the shrubbies hate him.

CLINTON...SAVE US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was the Clinton penis that was at fault.

The penis also had the nerve to mess with that Kyoto thing. Even if he had a chance to sign it I'm sure AHOLE B$ would have withdrawn.
