Cheney energy meetings papers. I bet that it is damning related to 9/11.

I bet that's why they are desperately trying to keep the meetings secret, just like they are trying to keep Condi from the 9/11 commision.

During the past 3 months I've had 2 people mention those papers and what is being hidden. Neither of these guys is the tinfoil hat sort and one even said - "Forget LIHOP, forget the carpet of gold or a carpet of bombs stuff. There is something in those papers that is either so embarrassing to this gang or so damning that it can not see the light of day".

I am at a loss as to what it might be unless it spells out the specifics of PNAC in such detail that no one could mistake it for a "conspiracy".

Any ideas on their relation to 9/11?

That they were so focused on iraq that terrorism was the furthest thing from their mind.

Also, it may be that there are embarrassing connections to Enron and the manipulation of power supplies to California.

One has to wonder just what was discussed during these meetings. Maybe they were already dividing up the oil fields for US oil companies. O'Niell's map suggests that. So was there a discussion of an Iraqi invasion before 911?

The Task Force did a bait-and switch to make the PNAC's agenda official WH Energy Policy and they wholly manufactured the CA Energy "crisis" presumably as an early pretext to invade Iraq.....lots of details/links here:
