3. Teddy Roosevelt...
always one to conserve the environment and not one to pander to big business like all his predecessors (and his successor). Although his foreign policy is too imperialistic, what with Panama and all. He ain't perfect, but he's probably one of the best Presidents the country ever had, right up there with Washington, Lincoln, FDR, and Clinton.
