"Wag-the-dog" statements by Republican Congress....
Can anyone here tell me a good way to find "wag-the-dog" accusations against Clinton when he launched those cruise missiles against Osama?

I know there were many in Congress who were accusing Clinton of this and who now are saying that Clinton did nothing about Osama.

2. Neo Cons have that covered
I have heard the phrase "we aren't lobbing missiles at aspirin factories...we took decisive actions." The decisive action was to attack Iraq apparently because Ben Laden was not in the Deck of 52 captured or killed. Abusing our military and destroying the world good will is their thing.
