1. If you think it is truly anonymous
Post away, but he has no privacy policy stated on his site, his site is designed by nature to track you, and if you scroll just a little farther down, you can see his site statistics. As a webmaster myself, those include the referring domain (in this case, it would show DU sending you if you clicked on the link you provided) your IP address, the ISP you are using, what part of the country your main ISP is located, etc. etc.

2. Indeed.
Your IP address is a dead giveaway. Lots of programs out there designed to see it. Once that is obtained, the rest is a matter of subpoenas.
