Is PNAC one of George Carlin's revised words you can't say?
We are finally hearing people talk about the Bush administration's "ideology". Yesterday Al Franken even said this administration had the chance to design the "new American century". I am paraphrasing, but he did use that term.

But I have yet to hear the words "Project For The New American Century" uttered. No one talks about their September 2000 report, "Rebuilding America's Defenses; Strategy, Forces and Resources For a New Century". Talk about the elephant in the room . . .

Is it possible that Senators Kennedy, Durbin and Clinton (among others) don't know about PNAC? Could Al Franken really be in the dark about this evil group? Is Richard Clarke so far "out of the loop" that he doesn't even know the loop has a name?

Are PNAC'ers so scary that these folks, who are standing up and speaking out, are afraid to speak their name?

Or has PNAC been talked about by name and I keep missing it?

3. I missed it
What was said on Randi Rhodes show about PNAC? Was it a discussion about who and what they are or just a mention (which is a start)?

Caller briefly went over who they are -- Wolfowitz, Rumsfeld, Quayle, Jeb Bush, etc.

4. Actually, Carlin wouldn't call it the elephant in the room.
He'd call it the turd in the punchbowl. And he'd be right!

she was on the talk show circuit last year before the Iraq invasion.

Edit: for JG's name. May be spelled wrong.

8. Pee-Nack Pee-Nack Pee-Nack
Pee-nack! Say it loud! (but not proud)

And let's not forget that quote from the PNAC website:

"Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor..."

"And advanced forms of biological warfare that can “target” specific genotypes may transform biological warfare from the realm of terror to a politically useful tool."

-- from PNAC's "Rebuilding America's Defenses: Strategy, Forces and Resources For a New Century," September, 2000

Why does Pee-Nack hate America so much??
