Anyone have any idea on how to get ahold of Air America t-shirts and such?

....I don't know why they weren't ready to go with such a basic component of marketing.

Already thousands of people would be out advertising the network with T-shirts, coffee mugs, tote bags, etc.

GET WITH IT, marketing director!!

5. Just dropped them a line, suggesting some merch
Probably lost in the slew of frothing hate mails from freepers, but at least it's out there. I'd have placed my order from the word 'go'.
