Bag-0-Dirty Tricks
Could the blacked out portion of the 9/11 document be really about a well timed "bag-o-dirty tricks" to pick up a republican senate seat?

A leak of the blacked out 9/11 report information could be blamed on Graham which would be a breach of national security. A charge that might bring his career to a grinding halt. An allegation timed right before the Nov 2004 election and after election found to be false.

In a re-election bid for his Senate seat in 2004 or as a potential VP for the ticket, he could be harmed with allegations that his staff leaked sensitive material.

As Graham has indicated in his speeches, he is not with them, he is against them, and we know that has consequences and repercussions.

1. We already know ...
They are "awfully good" at "timing" distractions. Every time they have something to hide, something else changes the focus.

Remember: The S&L scandal was held for release until after the '88 elections.
