Al Qaeda letter delivered to Spain's Cairo embassy demands Iraq withdrawal

The Spanish embassy in Egypt has reportedly received a threatening letter from a group claiming responsibility for the Madrid bombings.

The El Mundo newspaper reports the Islamic militant group is threatening new attacks if Spain doesn't withdraw its troops from Iraq and Afghanistan.

The threat follows yesterday's discovery of a bomb on a rail line between Madrid and Seville.
