I would not address Bu$h as "Mr. President" or "Sir"

I would address him as Lieutenant, in a voice dripping with anger, scorn and contempt. Since his military career is so unresolved, I would go back to the last rank he had before the expunging, purging, white-washing, and lies put him where he is today. I would say to him: "Lieutenant Bu$h, where were you in 1972 and 1973?" God, I'd love to ask him that question, mano-a-mano.
