Has Anyone Ever Challenged the Draft on 13th Amendment Grounds?
Has anyone ever tried to challenge the draft because it violates the "involuntary servitude" language of the 13th Amendment?

I'm thinking about researching this in-depth later on this spring, but I thought I'd check in with the beautiful minds of DU first.

1. I'm almost positive that it's been done
and dismissed by the Supreme Court -- I'm not sure on what grounds, though
