Incredibly Degrading WalMart Ads, Orwellian WalMart 'Tude!
Edited on Tue Apr-06-04 11:30 AM by K8-EEE
Does anybody else need an airsick bag for those "Kinder Gentler" Walmart ads?

The one I hate the most is the "we brought pride to the community" ad, complete with Black Folks A-Sweepin' Their Porch, presumably due to a neighboring WalMart moving in. Give me a break!

Also the ones talking about how the WalMart benefits (Mayo Clinic! Only the best!) saved their adorable little toddler, um, he's lucky his parents weren't like most WalMart employees who are uninsured...

Keeping my fingers crossed for the special voting here in L.A. (Inglewood neighborhood) that people will kick that ridiculous proposal to exclude WallyWorld from all existing city zoning ordinances TO THE MOON!
