Poll question: How many people are listening to Air America right now
Just curious.

I love working at a place where I can wear headphones and have streaming internet!

Life is good!

1. I am recording it so I can listen later without the commercials
the worst one is that OnStar commercial - that is getting so annoying. Actually, all the commercials are annoying. When I listen at my PC, I usually hit mute to cut out the ads, but then I get busy and forget about unmuting it, and then I miss the good stuff. So...I started taping it on my PC so I don't miss the interviews.

4. I don't have anything against OnStar
We have Lo-Jack (which isn't the same thing) but the tracking part is similar. I was kind of creeped out about that at first, but I got over it. Our 03 Acura was stolen in February, so we're pretty paranoid now.

16. Guess What
On Star Ads are paying so you and I can actually hear Air America, so... Let hear it for commercials (at least for now)

6. Should be a "Best of" Radio Show
I listen to bits and pieces of it at a time, particularly when I am driving. I believe the show is stretched a little thin over so many hours. As much as I like the broadcast, I don't believe this many hours will be able to be sustained after the November election.

I believe they would be better off doing one really great 4 hour show that could be picked up by hundreds of stations - without those stations needing to replace most of their existing programming.

I'd like to see a "best of" show each day - with the most interesting discussions from the shows that were broadcast during the previous 24 hours.

9. John Dean talking about Rove
he was doing all this(dirty tricks, to Dean what appears to be when someone outed Wilson's wife) when he was in college
How about getting Dean to help the democrats to get the ball rolling to try and get this administration out of office? Would he?

11. Quit complaining about the commercials!
That's what's going to keep them on the air! If you don't like Onstar, that's fine, but be happy about ALL the commercials because they are paying the bills. The programs CAN'T continue for very long without ads!!!!!!!!!!!
