FOCUS! Impressions of an opinionated newby (me)

I don't post at liberal forums much, because I don't really see the point. I prefer to fight the good fight, and take it right to the fascists. But sometimes I come here, or to bartcop's forum just to consolidate info.

I don't usually have much time, and post or lurk "on the fly."

I just want to say there's a lot of pointlessness over here, and I'm sorry for being so negative right away, but all the complaints about Air America; the concern over who says the "B" word, etc seem way stupid to me.

There is this huge backlash against our troops in Iraq right now; Clarke has exposed the soft underbelly of the corrupt Bush administration; and now is the time for us to GET IT ON.

Please take this for what it is:

A plea for such a large and strong group to FOCUS on the strategies, email campaigns and media alerts necessary to consolidate pressure on the lying bastards that hijacked our country.

Remember, the Freepers HAVE focus, and we splinter easily. That's got to change, at least long enough to get rid of the Bush Junta.

Don't forget to stop by such places as Media Whores Online for tips and lists of media addresses.

Sorry for being a pompous ass, but that's just who I am. I CAN say "ass," can't I?

I've had articles posted here before, but that was some time ago.

I will be here infrequently, but always try to at least read the Top 10 Conservative Idiots.

Every thing you mention is important. But we can talk about more than one thing at a time.

i somewhat agree with you. the pissing and moaning, often about people who are on OUR Side, sometimes reaches such cacaphonous proportions that i have to leave for a few days just to catch my breath.

so, you're right, and i believe we do need to stay FOCUSED on the prize, but i also realize that some come here to fly their thoughts by what amounts to a focus group. so while some stuff is really dumb, there are times when someone comes up with something truly astounding that all the pundits, all the bloggers, all the campaign experts, etc. managed to miss. and that's when our little echo chamber has real value for me.

I like duking it out with GOPers, and am often just as nasty as they are. I have a foul mouth, and worse breath. Some find the humor in my insanity, others find the insanity in my humor.

I am VERY PISSED OFF AT THE "--------'s," (I can say "---------'s, can't I?) and intend to take our country back.

We have the GOODS on Bush, and America is finally ready to hear them.

this monster out of the white house. Several times a week I contact the media and encourage them to start reporting the TRUTH. Until the media quits spinning the white house lies, it's going to be an uphill battle.

Good luck in you're fight with the repubs....I tried enlightening them for months, but couldn't take anymore of their nonsense.

We definitely need to FOCUS - we're too easily splintered over small things when it is much, much more important that we get the worst president in US history out of office.

Hopefully, it is not too late for America to recover from the damage that Reagan & W have done to us...
