CNN seems to be saying "Offensive Actions" break out against Coalition!
The way they are presenting it, things must be really bad over there. They are talking about if al-Sadr is captured or killed it would cause a civil war. Also talking about Sunni's and Shiites joining forces to fight the Coalition/US.

Blitzer and Senior Correspondent on ground in Iraq saying that this is a "Defensive Posture we are in and not an Offensive posture. Saying that al-Sadr's "army" is armed and is using protection which means it's changed from "insurgents" who plant car and road side bombs into an "army" on the offensive.

Showed Bremer saying we need to use "rule of law" for al-Sadr to arrest him but their CNN General said "No, it would cause problems for us."

Lots of stuff going on, plus Al Franken will be on debating Iraq with someone. Too much is going on so I can't report more. Hope someone else just caught Wolf's report. It sounds really bad for us over there, and it sounds like they are trying to report it correctly.

Flash! as I listen ...a dozen Marines Killed!.......just reporting....I have to go back and listen.

Too much is breaking for me to type it all! Look for Franken!

BREAKING NEWS Iraqi insurgents mount a large-scale attack against U.S. Marines, with "about a dozen" Americans feared killed, initial Pentagon reports say. Details soon

7. Won't they just bomb the hell out of it?
Why this hand to hand combat? I do not know a thing about war strategy, but it seems we have a lot more arsenal power than anyone, why not just lay it out?

Mind you, I think war is a lose lose. For a civilized people we sure like killing each other. This is what happens when you have someone who is not intelligent in charge. I always remember the scariest thing in the universe is a redneck with balls.

10. "New" Marines are defending Falujha, part of the "Rotation?" So these
troops weren't as experienced in what they would be facing? Not Good!

Lou Dobbs saying is Rummy's "Good Days and Bad Days" still valid. Reporter says "Is Pentagon in Denial? They don't need to send in more troops?"

Reporter says he doesn't know what's going on in Iraq? WHAT.. He says Pentagon is optimistic but reports from the field are NOT good! Jamie MacIntyre reporting!

15. Al Franken was Wonderful BTW! He trashed the "Straw Dog" arguments
of his RW Opponent and he captured the "seriousness of the moment." Wolf even gave him "the last word!" amazing for CNN!

Our AA allowed Franken to be chosen to go against the Faux ditto head, and I am SO EXCITED! It was GREAT!
