I think it lessens the impact of their work.. To me it's like a deliberating jury, having its members individually go on shows to talk about the case..

is done, it goes to the White House. It will be edited, and the White House will say which parts may be released to the public. We'll probably get another 28 pages redacted. In my opinion, the Commission is doing the only thing they can do is get the truth out before the White House gets its hands on it.

I think deep down they know how vulnerable, and they just don't want to freak everyone out by TELLING us.. I doubt that the Warren commission bought their own load of crap, but they could not have the public know that their beloved president was killed by "people" in our own government...
