I could use some help from Texas DUers
I live in Houston and tomorrow morn we are driving to Hill Country around 8am. I know I can get the Condi hearing on KPFT, but after we leave their range do you know of any other radio station I could get it? An Austin station?

Thanks so much

OB

1. If NPR is carrying it,
you might try KUT, 90.1FM. I think 590AM is KLBJ, they do news talk. Maybe they'll have it.

2. KUT
Isn't KUT on 90.5?

Another NPR alternative is the San Antonio NPR station, 89.1 FM. Can't remember the call letters at the moment.

5. LOL
A certain member of my household is addicted to the music on that station, so I'm quite familiar with it.

6. 1200 is a HUGE station - it broadcasts over a large area.
 It's the Clear Channel flagship, but if you really want to hear Contradicta, it's a good choice.

7. NPR in San Antonio is 89.1 - KSTX
Where exactly are you going in the hill country? Might impact which station you can pick up.

8. Thank you!
I'll give them all a try. We are off to catch the wildflowers and will make Fedricksburg our home base. It'll be great to get out of Houston, but I just couldn't let myself miss hearing Condi do her thing. Lying, that is.

10. Have a good time and
if you've never been to Johnson City (LBJ Ranch), you should go for the wildflowers. There's been so much rain everything is blooming like crazy.

11. We have been there
and we LOVE the wildflowers. I have my own little patch in my front garden with seeds from the Wildseed Farm which we love. Can't wait and the weather looks beautiful.

9. I can get Houston 740 all the way to the ranch which is 90 miles of
Fred, but whether they will carry it or not, I do not know.
