What adjective best characterizes the Chimp in Chief
my personal top descriptive is a couplet, not really adjectival, but one I'll adapt, from a post I read today:

12. totally agree that one isn't nearly enough
the more, the better

then, at some point, somebody can construct a VERY long sentence with the best of them, starting something like this:

"The so-called pResident of the United States, while appearing marginally competent to the average, inattentive observer, is actually: START the adjectival run!"

Part of it is 'adjectival' (the smug part) but I just really like the flow of SMUG FUCK. Both words end forcefully and, be honest, fuck is so rarely used as a noun. (I even know what nouns are!!)
