How come the CIA guy said I hope it's not that guy who was taking flying lessons? and that the * said "that's one bad pilot"

5. Wanted know why the director of the CIA
said on the morning of 9-11 after the FIRST attack that he "hopes it was not the guy taking the flying lessons"? which proved that the FBI and the CIA had shared info and why did the shrub say "that's one bad pilot" like he didn't have a clue.

4. Widows on right now
the widows said they didn't prevent a "traditional hijacking either", they are also saying the administration should have had a meeting of all the dept heads.

6. I have more of a problem with why they didn't do anything once the planes
were hijacked. They had the warnings, which they now admit. So then, why weren't the interceptors scrambled immediately? They had to know that with multiple simultaneous hijackings, this was the "something really, really, really big".
