Just On CNN: 5 More Troops Die In Iraq (3 Army\2 Marines) BUT...
the Pentagon refuses to say where the Marines died. Reporters are speculating that it was in Falujah, but Pentagon won't say.

:wtf:

2. The Reporter (Somebody Starr) Was Baffled, And...
Looked into the camera with a quizical look on her face and said something to the effect, "What is wierd is that the Pentagon refuses to say where the Marines were killed. We think it's by Falujah, but they won't confirm for some reason."

It just keeps getting sadder and stranger all the time.

3. I think a ton of them died in the last few days, but they're gonna
eke out the reports to make it look like they're dying a little at a time.

I know I have no evidence for this, but I DO know that the military covers up deaths regularly, I've heard it first-hand from career military guys.

4. I have that feeling too
We haven't heard much for a couple of days, but the fighting hasn't stopped; if anything it's gotten worse.:scared:

7. Yeah, they certainly don't want families thinking
that dozens were killed while seeking retaliation for the four mercenaries.

11. That would be a great
campaign sound bite. Because it is so true. After all, we have military families on food stamps, right? stonewalling the 9/11 commission...and we all know the "your family, my family."

9. Exxon's Army
I wonder how many soldiers realized they were enlisting in Exxon's Army when they took their oaths. Or that they they would be embarking on a new christian crusade to massacre "evil-doers" and "freedom haters" in Iraq. We need to take back both our military and our government from the oil cartel.

12. Thanks WillyT
Wow! you're a vet.. 1000+ I feel a distinct need to be amongst real democrats. thank you for your welcome. It's unreasonable to think that all people opposing cheneybush are "freedom haters" or terrorists (especially if that's ashcroftes judgement). According to cheneybush there's no such thing as an Iraqi patriot. The height of arrogance. Seeing young demonstrators on TV one day and their dead bloodied bodies lying in the street the next is revolting to any moral person. Freedom is not a gift from god or the cheneybush.. it's the result of people being willing to fight and die for it.
