Tree of Liberty, I'm going to answer you kindly, because that's the spirit of discussion I hope to foster here.

While I can't speak for everyone who posts here, I truly am a Republican, 44 years old, and I have voted Republican in every Presidential election since 1984. I walked door to door with Rick Santorum (now a Senator from PA) in 1990, before he was elected to Congress, and again in 1992.

I am married, with five children, a former Catholic, now a Reformed evangelical Christian always deeply religious, and I have always been active in those types of discussions. I nave never smoked pot, I have never even been near crack cocaine, and as for Kerry and Ketchup, I addressed it at the www.republicansforkerry.org site in the March 15 entry.

If you'd like to come here and discuss the issues, that's fine, but if you are truly a Republican, you have certainly not represented Republicanism well at all with your name calling and insults. That is no way to try to persuade people.
