Is Bush still running "I'm a War President" Ads?
I live in Chicago, a (hopefully) non-competitive state for Bush so we're not subject to the onslaught of Bush ads. Since the ads were the top punditocracy topic just a week or so ago I was wondering if the Bush machine was still running them aggressively or if in light of Iraq, they've been tabled.

Thanks in advance for satisfying my curiosity!

1. We don't get the War President
in Oregon...they've even stopped with that saccharine "Vision for America" :puke: All they are doing here is attacking Kerry over and over and over. It is really nauseating. There was a new anti bush commercial on last night by one of the other groups.

2. He's running out of marketing theme's to run on.
The economy? He'll get the 1% to vote for him on that.
The environment? CEO's of utility companies will vote for that.
Fiscal stewardship? Hardly.
Tough on Terror? Asleep at the Wheel.
Wartime President? Only because he created the quagmire.

He's down to: "Vote for me because I'd be a regular guy you could have a beer with....except I don't drink anymore."

From a guy skeered of horsies.

3. He has been running the Kerry-tax-hike ads lately in Ohio
Actually, I cannot remember the war-president ad. It has been at least a week since I have seen anything but the tax-hike ad.

"George Bush, I'm a whore president"

5. Ya know, here in Minnesota Bush Ads are on constantly
and they are so vapid they leave little impression except disgust. However, if pressed, I think the silly silly man is running more on the fact that he isn't John Kerry, that he has a "clear vision" of where he wants to lead 'Murica, and that the economy looks so damn good. Little about how great it is that kids are dying so frequently they don't even have time in the news casts to say where in Iraq they breathed last.

7. yep
Bush* has nothing to run FOR, so he has to make up lies AGAINST. I don't think the ads are taking, because of Iraq, and people's real experiences with the economy.

8. The only thing I've seen recently here in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro
is the tax ads. Haven't seen the "war 'pResident' ad at all.
