They're going to release the August PDB any minute - just announced

Just heard on Air America (!) news that the PDB may be released at 6:15 tonight - ten minutes!

They are obviously rushing to get it out late on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. Must be really damning.

OBL wanting to attack since '97
Wanted to relatiate for Afghanistan in '98
Millenium planning may have been part of his plots
OBL prepares ops years in advance....al Qadea has been in US for years, has a support structure here....not being able to corroborate some of the more spectacular, like hijacking planes....suspicious activity for doing hijackings, esp. around NYC....FBI 70 investigations.....

Says OBL has been planning attacks against US for years....

Says nothing that al Qaeda was going to use planes as missles, and no specific details.....

Remember, folks, this is only a PARTIAL release of the documents, so you can figure out how they decided to spin this....

and the FBI knew about them...It specifically states that is is "recent" - not historical...
