(personally) until 5 days before 9/11. Is this spin?

It's called the Aug 6th memo because that's when it was given to Bush.

Hello... they don't call it the Aug 6th Presidential briefing because it was given in September. Then it would be a September whatever daily briefing.

Key-rist. The lengths these neo-cons will go is astounding.

How on earth anyone can say he didn't get it until 5 days before 9/11 is ridiculous.

What they're probably referring to is the letter that Clarke wasn't able to get Rice to circulate until September 4, urging the signing of a new counter-terrorism strategy.

So call your station and demand they retract. Tell them to have their factcheckers confirm it. Tell them the other media outlets in their market will be informed if they balk.

there was a post a woman wrote an article on condi's role and cheney really president, ect..........this goes along with that. why bother sending, he is all the way in texas, not sitting in office and having to listen to tenet like he is working or anything
