so Haiti was a "people's uprising" but Iraq is a bunch of "terrorists" and
"poison"

I hope this has become obvious for the American people, provided they're paying attention.

The double standard is so obvious and gaping you could drive a bus into it.

Haiti was an expression of the people's will. It was a good thing.

What's happening in Iraq is an evil. It is terrorism. It will be squashed.

2. What a joke!
The Iraqi's are attacking a foreign military force that has invaded their country. How can they be considered terrorists? It's their home. If a foreign military invaded our country, we would all be fighting against them using any means necessary. Could you imagine an American taking orders from a Middle Eastern soldier on our own soil? We wouldn't do it. We'd fight to the death to get our country back.

Obviously, I don't want Americans to die over there ... military or civilian ... but we invaded their country and have treated them like dirt from day one! We act like we're doing them a big favor by "allowing" them to even exist. It's wrong.

6. Don't forget the Nicaraguan Contras!
They weren't just a bunch of Samoza's thugs backed by American special forces, they were "the moral equivalent of our founding fathers." Beautiful people.
