April '04 already deadlier than April '03

According to lunaville, April 2004 has turned deadlier than April 2003.

Total US fatalities have surpassed that of a year ago and we are not even two weeks into the month.

Should we be concerned?

Does this mark a new phase in the conflict?

1. It appears that they are fighting to get their country back.

Also, I think theya are tired of having troops there shooting at them, knocking down their doors at night, killing their family members, stealing their oil, installing a puppet government, blowing up their buildings, and otherwise making a major nuisance of themselves.

We are about to get our collective asses kicked out of IraqNam. It's just a matter of time.

The conquistadors are being expelled. Rightly so.

2. What do you mean should we be concerned? We should have been

more concerned BEFORE we went into Iraq.
ANY loss of life in an invasion is such a sad waste.

3. worst month of the war

November '03 was the worst month - 81 (including 12 non-combatants). as of now 76 american troops have died this april in hostile action.

remember, Mission Accomplished!!
