2. I'd heard last year he was
suing Clinton for causing mental and emotional harm and anguish to himself and the country, or some such nutball bullshit. The thing was, he was asking for an astronomical amount of money at the same time he was sponsoring legislation to cap civil lawsuit awards at an amount waaaaaaayyy below what he was asking for!

I have heard many more stories about Barr in the past but this particular story is easy to find in a divorce file which is open to the public......Barr better up his medication.....nutz
