The Passion, Resurrected
Picture an updated version of Mels opus with cruciform oil pumps and Christ's body being jerked about haplessly with every stroke of the cylinder. Could of used CGI for the more graphic footage, but was too expensive, settled for a KBR/Blackstone "special" effects team that really did a good and stood in as extras as well poking the body with spears while gleefully chanting in old aramaic. Product placement? What about a big halliburton placard atop the cross? How about branding in some chrevrons during the various torture scenes. Exxon's got two X's in it, we could turn one upside down, make it a cross! Hey we could even put Christ on his head, thorns down!

2. murder pisses me off :(
As do faux christians flocking to see a snuff film to steel their stomachs for war. It is a sacrilege by any standard.
