The Fox & Fiends morning comedy show meltdown
I saw about ten minutes of it this morning and it was grotesque even for them. Some "expert" person was trying to explain to Brian and the alien-armed brunette girl that "the Iraqis don't understand that democracy doesn't mean majority rule" because if they got to vote, then the religious guys would take over.

Neither of them appeared to be even listening to the guy, Brian kept ranting and raving that "the Iraqis have to get off their butts and get themselves jobs!" and "we can't get a backhoe and show them how to build something, they have to do it themselves!" and so on.

Then they went to take phone calls and some Howard Stern prank caller called up and said something that sounded like, "Why is Bush sucking Howard's ---" Then a third call came and the caller says to the girl, "You look beautiful today, is that come on your fa---"

They both got VERY upset and looked mad and sulky after that and stopped taking calls. Part of me felt sorry for them, but the other part of me thinks they really deserve to be sitting in some hellhole in Iraq since they were so gung-ho for the war, and now that it's all going to hell, the pathetic scum are ranting and raving that the Iraqi people are to blame!

1. I don't know how anyone watches those morons
You deserve a medal for suffering through even a few minutes of those empty-headed dirtbags.

2. It's damn funny
Especially since they are so gung ho to send people to hell on earth without going themselves. And it can't be the Iraqi peoplesa fault, they probably don't know who Clinton is. Its always Clinton's fault. Dammit, I thought we established that EVERYTHING is Clinton's fault. You have guts watching Fox "news" this early in the morning, that's for sure.

to the fascist action they have been performing.

7. I don't know the guy's name, sorry
I went to google and looked at their page, but I didn't see any guests' names mentioned. I can only say it was some guy I never heard of.

10. whenever one of the neocons or their apologists...
make a comment like this, i like to note it and put it back for future reference. it helps in those cases when i am trying to explain to others that the word "democracy" doesn't mean the same thing to you and me as it does to them.

6. Fox & Friends...
for the person who doesn't have a hangover but wishes they had one.

Personally, I love seeing world politics being intelligently debated by a token "hot chick", the weather guy and the sports guy. They seem to have such a handle on things...

8. The callers made appropriate comments.
The calls were on par with the content of Faux News broadcasts. The only appropriate response to banality is more banality.
