all these, except maybe Denmark, but Germany, Russia and France don't have troops in Iraq. Is that the difference?

4. The NGO's
from countries who have troops may be able to get some protection from their country's troops (maybe by going where the troops are?), those who do not, cannot. I don't know. It just crossed my mind when I read the names of the countries.

The real question is, did anyone think it would be safe to be in Iraq? Hell, even Halliburton is cutting back on its convoys now.

The US's responsibility to provide security for the country...Obviously, they can't and weren't/aren't prepared to...It's a total failure and a damn shame because it's the NGO's that were doing the good work for the people who need it most...
