2. I think he was trying to be his usual smart ass self.
He thought that was a clever way to tell them they should get ready for television. Those are the colors usually worn for TV.

6. it will be interesting
to see the questions asked by the reporters wearing red ties as opposed to blue ties - or even what the ration of red ties questions to blue tie questions are.....boy I wish TDS wasn't in repeat mode this week - Stewart would have a field day with this.....
