Ben Veniste and I think Kerrey both talk about a highly classified "MON" paper that contradicts something Ashcroft said. They said they'd have to talk about it in closed session. Anyone know what they're talking about?

From the context of the discussion with several of the commissioners, I think it's clear that the MON (or whatever it is) revealed there were standing orders to kill Bin Laden. Ashcroft tried to make a big deal in his opening statement that Clinton's only issued "capture" orders.

...and not just capture him.
