instead of answering questions separately like they requested.

Answer: Because it's a good way to answer questions. (smirk)

I don't believe the shit he gets away with sometimes.

I hope one of them picked up on this cause it was truly the most arrogant answer of the night.

cuts too the heart of their hidden agenda. Of course the answer is because the two don't want to contradict each other, but the skirting of the issue is a weak point in their armor, as I see it.

My son (13 year old liberal) and I got a huge roar out of that answer. Christ, I thought we were watching the Daily Show! (I understand Jon Stewart is on re-runs this week, that sucks)

And another another hilarious moment:
Ok, have you ever made a mistake?: "well, I can't think of any, jeez you put me on the spot, i may have made some mistakes maybe someday someone will tell me what my mistakes were if I ever made any"
