They're treating that thing like it was a competent display of the skills Americans expect of their president.

Terry Moran just called what Bush did "stagecraft."

He should be using words like "embarrassing" and "inarticulate" and "confusing" and "inspiring little confidence" and that's just if he wants to be honest. If they want to spin it they should be saying, "we need to call early elections, 'cause this guy clearly isn't up to the job."u
