Buchanan says Bush re-election in serious danger
because of Iraq mess on MSNBC. Even republican writer from conservative magazine agrees with him.

1. yeah we know that's the only reason for tonight's show
as I said before, besides his destiny from on high, his only reason for being is to be re-elected. It's the holy grail.

7. All joking aside his defense of Richard Clarke
Was straight up. He thought Clarke was genuine and defended him using arguements referring to when he was a speechwriter for Nixon. Buchanan can sound like a crazy radical hack one sec and like a wise political dog the next. Weird ain't it?

9. pat isn't dumb, just insane
and, for some odd reason, i've always had a slight admiration for him, just because of independence from the GOP, if nothing else

dont get me wrong-i think he's nuts, but i dont entirely hate him, like i do hannity and co.

11. Also more honest than Bush
When he received many votes in Palm Beach Co FL, he came right out and said that it looked like there was something wrong with the vote. Bush would have claimed that those votes were rightfully his.

I think its a mistake to automatically write off the thoughts of non-Democrats. In fact, traditional conservatives and Republicans have been critical of Bush all along, and in recent months have stepped up their criticism. We're not the only people who think Bush is a radical -- so do traditional conservatives, who feel Bush has betrayed their causes and hijacked their party. Besides --Hell, we're going to need those folks to combat Bush in the Fall. I hope that sane Republicans will join us to vote the extremist Bush out of office.

The beginning of the end of this terrible era we are living through will be the election of John Kerry in November.

10. this Holbrooke is great...
Can't believe Pat is agreeing with him - he knows Bush is in trouble now... He can't believe Bush is relying on Brahimi (sp)to pick someone to give keys to...

This guy is making great sense - quick, get him on every station!!!

12. Buchanan has been growing on me for a year or two now
In fact, when he said, "I don't think all those Jewish people in Palm beach voted for me" my respect shot up for him. I loathe his politics, but I respect the man a little more every day.

May God have mercy on my soul.

13. Buchanan was in the bunker....
...with Nixon at the very end, so he presumably can detect the smell of death coming from an administration based on personal experience.

We can only hope.
