7. You are correct. Usually he stays close enough to the question
and people let it slide. Tonight he barely pretended to "answer" anyone. He had a prepared set of remarks he wanted to make (after his speech) and used any question remotely related to his chosen program as an opportunity to show America just who is driving. Man, was that ugly.
