Here's how I know, objectively, Bush was horrible tonight

If I, someone who has a negative visceral response every time I see Chimpy WALK, actually cringed a few times while watching him, what must "regular" people think about this "performance?" I'm a naturally empathetic person, and I felt sorry for him. Sheesh.

is it news that he's a shitty speaker?

Later, when he started admitting he wished he'd been given the question ahead of time so he could have planned for it...

To be sure he'd been very disappointed with Bush*'s spending previously, so it's not like he went from non-critical to critical, but still...

If you want objective stuff, just look at the video where he hesitates and stuff. As I mentioned, he actually says he's unprepared at least once, and that he wishes he'd gotten one of the questions ahead of time.
